Ok I guess this is good for controlling your inner nerves but what about shaking. It’s the dumbest thing ever and I still do it. My mind is so self concious that it causes my body to shake. Sad and pathetic. I don’t understand why I do it. I try to tell myself that but it’s almost as if my mind has a mind of it own. It’s the only thing that prevents me from achieving a succesful speech. I lose marks because I’m nervous??? Wtf?! Please help!!!
