In 1998, Mr. Rogers helped create nueworld.com, one of the first e-commerce Network Marketing companies in the United States. As Vice President of sales and Marketing at nueworld, he assisted in the successful merger of the company with Lexxus International, a Network Marketing company based in Dallas Texas with operations in 15 countries. At Lexxus International Mr. Rogers assumed the role of the Vice President of Sales and traveled the world extensively, working with the global leadership, from India, Asia, Europe, and Mexico helping to create the international footprint of the company. During his tenure with Lexxus the name was changed to NHT Global and the company was accepted onto the NASDAQ National Market. In 2005 Mr. Rogers was promoted to President of NHT Global for North America and Europe where he helped the company expand into additional countries and grow to over half a billion in sales. Mr. Rogers was President until 2008 when he resigned to pursue other opportunities and to take some time with his family.
