This is a very helpful video. I’m fairly new at acting, which means that I’m doing short low/no budget films with no makeup artists. This at least gives me enough know-how to do a basic job on myself.
It’s not gay for a man to wear makeup for film and TV. It’s a necessity. Try telling the director you refuse to wear makeup, and you’ll lose the part. It’s not about looking pretty, Especially at my age. It’s more about not looking BAD and distracting. Of course losing some flaws aint a bad thing!

Uhhh… You all are acting like he put eyeliner on or something. He’s talking about being on television or something, and even repeats it more than once.
He didn’t use anything but foundation. That could be any of you just covering up big ass zit spots on your own faces.
This doesn’t make anybody gay and this all just goes to show how typical some people think in today society. LAME.

I am a regular on local television and trust me without make up you’ll look like casper the friendly ghost, shine . It is not gay its just for TV light and stuff like that.
